    Terms of Service

    Effective Date: July 18th 2026

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Pixadale ("we", "our", "us"). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    1. About Us

    Pixadale is a United Kingdom-based digital agency providing professional website design, development, branding, digital marketing, automation, AI solutions, CRM implementation, search engine optimisation (SEO), hosting and related digital services.

    2. Our Services

    Our services may include, but are not limited to:

    • Website Design and Development
    • Website Redesign
    • Landing Pages and Sales Funnels
    • CRM Configuration and Automation
    • Implementation of business systems
    • AI Chatbots and Voice AI Solutions
    • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
    • Website Hosting
    • Domain Management
    • Graphic Design
    • Logo Design
    • Email Marketing
    • Business Automation
    • Website Maintenance
    • Website Audits
    • Content Creation
    • Google Business Profile Optimisation
    • Digital Consultancy

    The exact scope of work will be detailed within your quotation, proposal, statement of work or signed agreement.

    3. Quotations

    Unless otherwise stated:

    • Quotations remain valid for 30 days.
    • Prices exclude VAT unless specifically stated.
    • Additional work requested outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

    4. Project Acceptance

    Projects commence only after:

    • acceptance of our quotation,
    • payment of any required deposit, and
    • receipt of all necessary client materials.

    5. Client Responsibilities

    The client agrees to:

    • provide accurate information;
    • provide text, logos, photographs and other content;
    • ensure all supplied material belongs to them or is properly licensed;
    • respond promptly to requests for approval;
    • appoint a single point of contact where appropriate.

    Project delays caused by missing information may result in revised completion dates.

    6. Content Responsibility

    Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that any content supplied to Pixadale:

    • does not infringe copyright;
    • is lawful;
    • is not defamatory;
    • complies with UK legislation;
    • complies with GDPR where applicable.

    Pixadale accepts no responsibility for unlawful content supplied by clients.

    7. Intellectual Property

    Upon receipt of full payment:

    • ownership of bespoke website designs transfers to the client;
    • client-owned content remains the property of the client;
    • Pixadale retains ownership of proprietary development methods, templates, reusable code libraries and internal systems.

    Third-party software, plugins, fonts, themes and licensed assets remain subject to their own licences.

    8. Website Hosting

    Where hosting is supplied by Pixadale:

    • hosting fees are payable in advance;
    • we aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service;
    • scheduled maintenance may occasionally result in temporary downtime.

    Clients remain responsible for maintaining copies of their own important business data.

    9. Domains

    Where Pixadale registers domains on behalf of clients:

    • domain registrations remain subject to registrar policies;
    • renewal fees remain the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

    Failure to renew a domain may result in loss of ownership.

    10. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

    SEO is influenced by many external factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and competitor activity. Accordingly:

    • we cannot guarantee first-page rankings;
    • we cannot guarantee specific keyword positions;
    • we cannot guarantee traffic increases.

    We provide SEO using recognised industry best practices.

    11. AI Services

    Pixadale may implement AI chatbots, Voice AI assistants, automated workflows, and AI-generated content. Clients acknowledge that:

    • AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate;
    • human review is recommended where appropriate;
    • Pixadale cannot guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

    12. Third-Party Services

    Projects may integrate with third-party providers. Pixadale is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes or service interruptions affecting third-party providers.

    13. Payment Terms

    Unless otherwise agreed: 50% deposit before commencement; remaining balance due before project launch. Late payments may result in suspension of work. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Interest may be charged on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

    14. Subscription Services

    Where monthly services are provided, subscriptions renew automatically. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice unless otherwise agreed.

    15. Website Maintenance

    Unless covered by an ongoing maintenance agreement, updates, security patches, content changes, software upgrades, and troubleshooting are chargeable separately.

    16. Project Delays

    If a client fails to provide requested materials within 30 days, the project may be placed on hold, revised delivery dates may apply, and additional charges may apply.

    17. Cancellation

    If the client cancels a project after work has commenced, deposits are non-refundable, completed work remains payable, and any third-party costs already incurred remain payable.

    18. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixadale shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, consequential damages, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant project.

    19. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to keep confidential any commercially sensitive information disclosed during the project unless disclosure is required by law.

    20. Data Protection

    Pixadale processes personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

    21. Portfolio Rights

    Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Pixadale may display completed projects within our portfolio, website and marketing materials. Clients requiring confidentiality should notify us before project commencement.

    22. Force Majeure

    Pixadale shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, cyber attacks, internet outages, power failures, pandemics, government restrictions, or industrial action.

    23. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
